This is my first blog, first post ... time to at least loosely define purpose and scope. Believe me, the range of content may boggle some, ranging as it will over a very wide spectrum since I'm passionate about many things ...

*     ideas and ideals

*     music and dance

*     writing and books

*     internet personals

*     black and white

*     foreign travel

*     photography

*     history

*     Brazil

*     Africa

*     progressive points of view

*     human potential

The intention here is to employ some of what I do best -- finding the positive in any situation, even as others are latching onto negatives, and rendering complex subjects understandable -- in order to stimulate thought, consideration and interaction.

So please accept this invitation to come along on my venture into the blogosphere and cyberspace.
