EPA -- wrong!

Barbara Boxer exposed the bald-faced refusal of EPA Administrator Stephen Johnson to turn over material showing just how the Environmental Protection Agency came to turn down California’s request, plus that of 18 other states, to better regulate auto emissions. In response, I became one of thousands to make my voice heard …

Disgusting! It's same-old, same-old. The head of yet another major federal agency that's out to subvert the mission of the agency!

Come on, produce full, complete, and uncensored documents explaining your decision to deny a request from California and 18 other states to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from automobiles.

Eleven days past its deadline, your agency turned over some (heavily redacted) documents to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee. All they did was obscure your agency's real decision-making process rather than the facts we the citizens of California and every other state in the nation deserve.

It's clear that you are trying to keep these documents from the American people for one reason: They show that the EPA's legal and scientific staff unanimously agreed that California, and 18 other states, should be granted the waiver.

For heaven's sake, get with it!
