Dear John Edwards,

I am sorry you got aced but now would ask that you give a ringing endorsement to Hillary for the Democratic candidacy.

Yes, I am one of her hard-working supporters -- keep the database of San Diego volunteers, send motivational emails, keep a personal and political blog -- even designed a Hillary bookmark we used to get out the new voting dates in California.

But, even more important, I go with a Black man Obama's age. He read Obama's autobiographies and long before I was in Hillary's camp, he said, "Obama is not ready -- no way will he be able to solve the myriad messes of the country."

Just a month ago, I had the good fortune to be personally introduced to Hillary and came away more impressed than ever. She puts forth what she will do from Day One in the Oval Office. She asks audiences to hold her accountable. She truly cares about people, especially those ignored by the present administration. Just as you do.

Maybe Obama does too. But he fails to articulate anything remotely like action plans. He merely plays to this "second coming" nonsense parroted by such media folks as Chris Matthews. And now John McCain has branded his "hope" cheer as nothing more than a platitude.

Please/please/please tell all your supporters why they should get behind Hillary -- to win against the haters and the war mongers. You KNOW Hillary will come through for what we all care about!
