New weight control ideas

I recently read a strange statement on a blog about America's overweight problem --

"There would be no problem if we all just cooked whatever we wanted to eat."

I kept turning this over in my head and realized it's possible this guy is right. Taking the time to buy and prepare every meal could prevent those quick grabs at fast food and indeed thwart instant gratification. And so I considered the prospect -- but of course quickly came to the NO WAY JOSE conclusion.

Now, however, I may have found a substitute effort that could serve the self-same purpose: Walking to the desired cafe, ordering take-out and carrying it home. Tonight I did just that -- 2500 steps to Panda Express and 2500 home -- total 5000 steps. And together with the 500
0 I did during my work day, I hit the magical 10,000 mark -- or 5 miles for the day.

But oh was it hot out there.
When I got home I was too tired to eat -- NOT!

Positively,
Carolan
