Today is my birthday and I'm excited to share a new-found truism with everyone younger than I -- and that's virtually everyone I know!

It is a profound delight to share my absolute knowledge that learning, discovering, developing, improving and feeling fulfilled simply do not have brakes!So please take the following as a gift from me and my recent hard-fought experiences and epiphanies:
That is, with a few provisos: reasonably good health, an active lifestyle, a questioning mind and a positive outlook.
- Age is indeed only a number.
- Black and white are a marvelous combination.
- Centeredness may come and go but that's ok.
- ”D” began this learning curve.
- Energy can be renewed and revived at will.
- Fun and being glad and happy are always good.
- Irritations of course but relegated to the tiny place they deserve.

Black and white is the greatest combination. Then on top of that mix that with mature, young and you get our connection
